Field Day this year will be on Tuesday, May 15th. The rain date is Tuesday, May 22nd. Many adults are needed to provide an active, safe, fun day for the FRES students. Mark your calendars so you don't miss out!
Congratulations Staff Members!
Congratulations to Dr. Varlack, Mrs. Langley, Mrs. Harish, Mrs. DeOrio, Mrs. Lindenmann, Mrs. Clawson, and Ms. Burke! They were honored last evening at the Board of Education at the GT Educator Recognition ceremony. They were all nominated by members of the FRES community!
Walk to School Day is Tuesday, April 17
Permission slips went home this week! Any student who wishes to walk from Savage Library can bring a permission slip or can be signed in by an adult at the library parking lot between 8:40 and 8:50 am on April 17th. Students may walk from any neighborhood, not just the Savage Library! Bus riders may participate by walking around the blacktop before entering the building. Before Care students make take their laps around the blacktop as the buses arrive.

Tuesday April 17th, 6:30pm- 3rd, 4th, 5th grade ORCHESTRA Concert…please report to the auditorium to unpack and check-in at 6pm
Tuesday April 17th, 7:30pm- 4th/5th grade CHORUS and BAND Concert… Band students report to the cafeteria to unpack and check-in at 7pm, Chorus students report to the Choral/Orchestra room to check-in at 7pm.
