Parent/Teacher conference dates are November 24, 25, 26 and will depend on teacher availability.  

Schools close 3 hours early on November 25 and 25.  Schools closed for students on November 26.

Online Scheduling Dates:

Opens on November 5 at 5:00 pm
Closes on November 19 at 11:00 pm

You must schedule your conference(s) during this two-week window and before the end of the day on Wednesday, November 19.
Scheduling will not be available after November 19, to allow teachers to prepare for conferences.

This conference session will be scheduled with your child's Homeroom/Language Arts teacher.

Related Arts Open House

The Related Arts Team would like to invite parents to their “Open House” sessions according to the schedule below on Monday, November 24 and Tuesday, November 25 during parent-teacher conferences.

Bring any questions about our classes, curriculum, or just stop by to say "hi." We would love to meet you! Please understand that this time is for general information only.

If you have individual questions regarding your child's progress please plan to make a separate conference at another time to address those questions.

Art

Ms. Murray: Monday & Tuesday, November 24 & 25, 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Art Room

Mrs. Frankfurth: Tuesday, November 25, 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Art Annex

Music

Mrs. Patterson: Monday & Tuesday, November 24 & 25, 1:00-3:00 p.m. in the Music Room

Mrs. Kepp: Monday, November 24, 1:00-3:00 p.m. in the Music Room (Mrs. Patterson’s Room)

PE

Mrs. Goodwin, Mrs. King, and Ms. Borth: Tuesday, November 25th 1:00-2:15 p.m. in the Gym

(The PE team will also have slots open in Pick-a-Time for conferences.)

Technology

Mrs. Pietryka: Monday, November 24 and Tuesday, November 25, 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Technology Classroom
